This is a brilliant example of the Picpoul de Pinet grape. This South of France white wine has earnt its stripes amongst UK wine drinkers over the past decade and for good reason. Delicious crisp and... fresh citrus fruit flavours, with subtle floral notes and minerality. This particular Picpoul from Mas Puech is fresh, elegant and the perfect addition for simple seafood dishes. Brilliant summer white.
