Wonderfully vibrant pear fruit with notes of garden herbs and snow peas. Although this has wonderful juiciness on the palate, it is sleek, cool and very elegant. Minty freshness at the long, crystalline finish. A 100 % chardonnay that was matured on the lees in bottle for more than 33 months.

The freshness comes from both the right picking date and additional quality control through hand-harvesting.

A deep red colour, with an expressive nose with notes of blackberry, blackcurrant, aromas of sweet spices, vanilla. A gorgeous mouthfeel - soft, suave, well balanced, followed by a silky long finish. It is hard to believe that this excellent wine is not a much more expensive bottle. Already drinking beautifully and at just £16.45 per bottle, this is an incredible and affordable everyday drinking wine.
