A magnificent Pinot Noir from the Errazuriz family who make some of Chile’s most famous wines including Seña & Chadwick which have become global superstars.
Made by their winemaker Francisco Baettig who is renowned for making the finest Pinot Noirs from Chile, this is a supremely elegant wine lightly aged in oak with great poise & structure. Very fresh & easy to drink with flavours of raspberries, rosehip and a hint of spice.
The vineyards are situated in the Aconcagua Valley first planted by Don Maximiano in 1870, north of Santiago close to the Pacific Ocean – a cool climate perfect for Pinot Noir.
All in all, a delicious, classic Pinot Noir at a price that Burgundy cannot match. Highly recommended.
