Chateau Angludet, Margaux 2020
The blend is 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot and 12% Petit Verdot
Interestingly, as the wine continues its march to official biodynamic certification, the wine was matured in 70% oak barrels and,... excitingly, 30% new clay amphorae, which naturally create convection currents to delicately stir the wine, adding real texture and depth of flavour.
James Suckling
"Lots of blackberry and blueberry aromas and flavors with licorice and tar. Medium-bodied with a solid core of fruit and a long, creamy finish. Best of the trilogy". 92-93 points
Julia Harding
"Deepest crimson with smudgy rim. Lively, fresh aroma with the fruit not the oak to the fore... definitely one of the more approachable and digestible Margaux 2020s I have tasted. Hint of chocolate on the finish". 16 (out of 20) points

Errazuriz, Wild Ferment Pinot Noir, Casablanca Valley 2021
‘Wild & wonderful – delicious light Pinot. Light strawberry & hedgerow flavours mingle with clean & fresh & fresh pinot fruit. Delicious – Burgundy watch out” Esme Johnstone
"Displaying a... beautiful, bright cherry red colour, the Wild Ferment Pinot Noir offers aromas of cherries, roses and a light touch of mushrooms, all framed by soft smoky tones. The palate is round showing lifted and fresh red fruit. Lovely spicy notes are complemented by hints of oak and great tension that ensures a full and lingering finish."
A Pinot Noir crafted with a nod to Burgundy tradition: natural wild yeast fermentation has imparted maximum complexity and charm.
The grapes for Wild Ferment Pinot Noir come from La Escultura vineyard, located in Casablanca Valley, 32 kilometres from the Pacific Ocean and from our Aconcagua Costa vineyard which is closer located just 12 km. Warm summer days, morning fog and fresh evening breezes that blow in from the coast, allow for a gradual ripening process of the grapes that helps to preserve their aromas, flavours and acidity. The soil presents fine clay and sandy loam textures with low vigour potential.
