Millebuis, Montagny, Vignerons de Buxy 2024
The Cave des Vignerons de Buxy Millebuis Montagny 2024 is a very well-made expression of Chardonnay from the Côte Chalonnaise, offering an excellent combination of freshness, texture and purity.... Sourced from hillside vineyards around Montagny-lès-Buxy, Buxy, Jully-lès-Buxy and Saint-Vallerin, the wine is grown on brown clay and limestone soils before being fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel and matured on its lees to build additional body and texture.
Smooth and silky on the palate, the 2024 shows attractive flavours of white flowers, melon and lemon, with a lovely freshness running through the wine and a clean, persistent finish. A pure and expressive Burgundy Chardonnay that offers plenty of character for its price, this is a versatile white to enjoy alongside seafood, shellfish, poultry or simply on its own.

Les Vignerons de Mancey, Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Réserve NV 150cl
Les Vignerons de Mancey Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Réserve NV is a beautifully made Traditional Method sparkling wine from southern Burgundy. Produced using the same secondary fermentation in bottle... as Champagne, it offers remarkable quality and finesse, making it one of the outstanding values in sparkling wine.
Aged on its lees to build complexity, this Crémant combines freshness with a creamy texture and fine, persistent bubbles. It is an ideal aperitif but equally at home served with seafood, canapés or lighter dishes.
Tasting notes
Les Vignerons de Mancey Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Réserve shows aromas of ripe apple, pear and citrus, with hints of freshly baked bread and delicate brioche.
On the palate the wine is fresh and harmonious, with lively, fine bubbles supporting flavours of green apple, lemon and ripe pear. There is a lovely creamy texture balanced by crisp acidity, leading to a clean, refreshing finish.
Critic reviews
90 points, Anne Krebiehl MW, Wine Enthusiast
"Ripe red and yellow apple create a fruity nose on this wine. The palate has ripe apple mellowness and creamy roundness, as well as a crisp nature. Bubbles are lively and this dry wine presents a harmonious whole."
James Suckling
"Sliced green apples, lemons and hints of bread crust here. Creamy and fruity with tangy acidity, medium bubbles and a straightforward finish. Drink now."
Georgina Hindle, Decanter
"Ripe pear aromas on the nose. Tiny bubbles fill the mouth instantly with citrus, pear and apple flavours on the tongue. This is delicate and well defined with good drive and length."
A refined Crémant de Bourgogne offering freshness, elegance and exceptional value, delivering much of the character of fine Champagne at a fraction of the price.
Presented in magnum (150cl), this is the perfect bottle for parties, celebrations and sharing with friends. Sparkling wines mature more slowly in large formats, developing greater finesse and complexity while retaining their freshness. Many wine lovers consider fizz from magnum to be the finest expression of any sparkling wine.

The vineyard is situated near Bourges, South of Sancerre, on gentle slopes. The soil is composed of clay and limestone overlaying Kimmeridgian marls. All vineyard processes are carried out in an environmentally-friendly manner, adapted for each terroir.

Errazuriz, Wild Ferment Pinot Noir, Casablanca Valley 2023
‘Wild & wonderful – delicious light Pinot. Light strawberry & hedgerow flavours mingle with clean & fresh & fresh pinot fruit. Delicious – Burgundy watch out” Esme Johnstone
"Displaying a... beautiful, bright cherry red colour, the Wild Ferment Pinot Noir offers aromas of cherries, roses and a light touch of mushrooms, all framed by soft smoky tones. The palate is round showing lifted and fresh red fruit. Lovely spicy notes are complemented by hints of oak and great tension that ensures a full and lingering finish."
A Pinot Noir crafted with a nod to Burgundy tradition: natural wild yeast fermentation has imparted maximum complexity and charm.
The grapes for Wild Ferment Pinot Noir come from La Escultura vineyard, located in Casablanca Valley, 32 kilometres from the Pacific Ocean and from our Aconcagua Costa vineyard which is closer located just 12 km. Warm summer days, morning fog and fresh evening breezes that blow in from the coast, allow for a gradual ripening process of the grapes that helps to preserve their aromas, flavours and acidity. The soil presents fine clay and sandy loam textures with low vigour potential.

Olivier Pere & Fils, Origine, Champagne NV
Our new grower champagne - Olivier Pere Et Fils Brut Cuvee Origine is a a delicious and classic example of why the French buy good grower champagnes rather than the Grand Marques – and... incidentally the Oliviers sell half their grapes to Pol Roger which is considerably more expensive!
The hugely talented Olivier family farm their 11 hectare Domaine on the right bank of the River Marne just downstream from Epernay. Their vineyards are on the steep, free-draining, south-facing slopes of the commune of Trélou-sur-Marne. The estate was created in 1910, and is now run by the fourth generation, brothers Bertrand and Julien. They believe in crisp, fresh, low dosage champagnes with complexity and character arising from extended ageing on the lees prior to disgorgement.
‘Cuvée Origine’ is a blend of 80% Pinot Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay with a long aging on leese (4 years) and dosage of 8g/l. This is complex and already well developed Champagne, while keeping its freshness and balance. It is pretty and creamy on the palate, with small, persistent bubbles and a full, rounded, long finish

Dom Perignon, P3 1990
Dom Pérignon P3 1990
When the ‘P’ in P3 stands for Plénitude, translating to ‘completeness’ or ‘abundance’, you can assume Dom Pérignon has left nothing on the table when creating its... ultimate expression. The 1990 has spent a minimum of 25 years ageing on its lees and was not released until 2019. With fewer than 20 P3 vintages ever created, and only in years when the Cellar Master believes the wine is capable of reaching this level of evolution, Dom Pérignon P3 1990 is an exceptionally rare Champagne.
The 1990 vintage is particularly special, coming from one of Champagne's great years and now offering an extraordinary combination of maturity, concentration and freshness. Expect layers of ripe yellow fruit, dried white flowers, honeycomb and brioche, with extended lees ageing bringing incredible texture, depth and complexity. This is Champagne at its most profound: powerful without being heavy, complex without losing precision, and with a finish that seems to go on indefinitely.
James Suckling awarded the standard Dom Pérignon 1990 99 points, so you might say the 100-point scale isn't even enough to do Dom Pérignon P3 1990 justice. For collectors, this is a rare opportunity to experience Dom Pérignon at the very furthest point of its evolution - a truly transcendent Champagne and the pinnacle of the house's craftsmanship.

Dom Perignon, P2 Rose 1995
Dom Pérignon Rosé is already an exceptionally rare Champagne, and the P2 release takes it to another level entirely. Having been allowed to mature for more than 15 years in the cellars before... release, Dom Pérignon P2 Rosé 1995 has developed a depth and complexity that simply cannot be achieved through youth alone. This is Champagne that has moved beyond primary fruit, gaining layers of savoury complexity, spice and texture while retaining the energy and freshness that define a great vintage.
The 1995 vintage is a particularly compelling expression of Dom Pérignon Rosé, combining the richness and concentration of the year with the refinement that comes from extended ageing. Expect bright red fruit, dried rose petals, spice and smoky mineral notes alongside a creamy texture and chalky precision. There is an almost Burgundian quality to its breadth and savoury complexity, yet it retains the energy, freshness and elegance that only great Champagne can provide.
For collectors and Champagne enthusiasts, Dom Pérignon P2 Rosé 1995 offers a rare opportunity to experience one of the world's most prestigious Rosé Champagnes at a remarkable stage of its evolution a profound and complex expression of a great vintage.
